July 2026Steps from the beach, absolutely charming cottage with a small pool which my kids absolutely loved when they were done with the beach for the day. The manatees were back beach-side swimming relatively close to shore (we always see them when we are on Manasota Key). The enclosed porch was a really nice touch and we were able to enjoy it during a storm that rolled in one afternoon. Kitchen was really well stocked and it was great to have 2 bathrooms during our stay. We had everything we needed and more! There are also kayaks for guests to enjoy, the amenities are spot on. Will return, 10/10

June 2026Cute, little place in a great location. Everything was clean and it is the perfect size for a small family. The beach access is just across the road and easily accessible. Although it was a short weekend getaway for my family, we are looking forward to visiting again soon! I highly recommend this place.

May 2026We loved staying here! It was perfect size for my family of 6. I LOVED the attached screened porch! It was so nice to throw all our beach gear there and not worry about taking sand inside. The picnic tables were great for having dinner outside. My little guys loved the heated pool and got a kick out of the waterfall. Laundry room was big and clean. It was so nice to be able to wash the ocean out of our swim suites and towels before driving home. The location was the best! Just a short walk to the left and you can watch the sunrise from the key. And just a short walk to the right and you’re on the ocean! The beach was not crowded at all. We found tons of shark teeth and colorful seashells. The host was wonderful and very responsive. The place was very clean, decorated cute, and the beds were really comfy. We will be coming back!
