Located on Lido Key near the west end of Ben Franklin Drive and the Boulevard of the Presidents. Within a short walk you’ll find Lido Key Beach, St. Armands Circle (shops, cafes, restaurants), Lido Beach Park and small grocery/convenience options. Downtown Sarasota (The Bayfront, Ringling Museum, Marina Jack, S. Pineapple Ave restaurants) is a 5–12 minute drive across the Ringling Causeway.
. The area is very walkable for beach access, St. Armands Circle and nearby restaurants. Rideshare/taxis are readily available; local bus service (Sarasota County Area Transit, SCAT) serves nearby routes but may require short walks. Bicycle use is common on Lido Key and the causeway; some properties offer bike storage. For longer trips, rental cars are convenient and available at SRQ airport.

The outdoor space was peaceful and perfect for enjoying morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. The area was beautiful, and we really appreciated having bikes available as well.

There is easy, dedicated off street parking. The beach is a block away. St. Armand's is an easy walk away. The host is very responsive and friendly.
