We’ve created a boutique-style guest house filled with art, vintage finds, and mid century treasures collected on our travels. It’s a calm, friendly, design-forward space that feels special the moment you walk in.
Fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, AC, TV, laptop workspace, washer/dryer, bathtub. Private patio with BBQ, alfresco dining and outdoor shower. Essentials, hot water, heating, detectors. On Lido Key steps from Lido Beach and Lido Pavilion. St. Armands Circle is about 1 mile away. Downtown Sarasota 5–10 min by car; bus, bike and rideshare access.
Lido Key — small, upscale beach island with white-sand beaches (Lido Beach), beachside parks, and easy access to St. Armands Circle (boutiques, dining, galleries). Short drive (5–10 minutes) to downtown Sarasota cultural attractions: The Ringling Museum, Sarasota Opera, Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, and waterfront parks. Quiet residential blocks near the shoreline with vacation-oriented services.
Most places are easiest to reach by car or rideshare. The area is walkable for beach, St. Armands Circle, and nearby restaurants; bicycle use is common and bike lanes/paths are available in parts of Lido Key and St. Armands. Sarasota County Area Transit (SCAT) provides bus service connecting Lido/St. Armands with downtown Sarasota and other neighborhoods. Taxis and ride-hailing (Uber/Lyft) are widely available.

May 2026This is a wonderful rental, I've stayed here previously with my sister and this time with my husband. Love the private backyard and grill. We cook frequently and the kitchen is well stocked!!. Location is very close to the beach and restaurants.

April 2026This place was a perfect spot for us. We enjoyed morning walks to St Armand Circle and spent the balance of the day at Lido Beach. Loved the retro look of the apartment. Basically parked our vehicle on arrival and did not need it until we left 4 days later. Hope to come back.

April 2026The location was great and the place looked like the pictures. It was also technically clean, but honestly had a very strong smell of mustiness and cleaning supplies. There were lots of stains on the ceilings/floors and large cracks around the door and unkept outdoor space that it made it feel not clean. It is walkable to the beach and to restaurants which is nice and the kitchen was well stocked. Host was kind but not did not always respond promptly or helpfully.

April 2026Our stay at Sterling’s place was great. We came in for a last minute extension to our vacation, and this was the perfect location. An easy walk or drive to St Armand’s for shopping and dinner. The beach was a short walk and the wagons were great for dragging chairs and our things with us. Her place was very clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. We would love to come back.
