The home

Set within a duplex villa, this entire home provides full interior privacy with its own private entrance and self check-in through a smart lock. Inside, air conditioning, ceiling fans, heating, and WiFi support comfortable stays, and four TVs with streaming make downtime effortless. A dedicated workspace offers room to stay connected, and the washer and dryer help with longer visits or beach-heavy days. Exterior security cameras monitor the front door only. The unit occupies a single elevated floor accessed by steps, creating a simple, open layout for gathering and relaxing.

Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is ready for everyday cooking, letting you move easily between beach outings and meals at home. With space to prepare, serve, and enjoy food together, the dining table becomes a natural place to start or end the day.

Sleeping arrangements

Bedroom 1 offers a king bed and TV with access to a shared hall bath. Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed and TV with use of the same hall bath. Bedroom 3 features two queen beds, a TV, and an ensuite bath. All bedrooms are on the same interior level, and essentials, bed linens, and extra pillows and blankets are provided for your stay. Queen sleeper sofa is available in the living room.
