Set within a duplex villa, this entire home offers full interior privacy with shared outdoor amenities. The open living and dining areas create a relaxed space to gather after time by the water, and natural light carries through the rooms throughout the day. Stream your favorite shows on the TVs or settle into the seating areas between beach outings. A washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.

Sleeping arrangements

All three bedrooms are reached by interior stairs and accommodate up to ten guests. One bedroom features a king bed, another includes a queen bed, and these two share a hall bath. The third bedroom offers two queen beds and its own ensuite bath. Each room has a TV, giving everyone a private place to unwind at night. Queen sleeper sofa located in living room provides extra room for sleeping.

Outdoor living

Enjoy the private balcony, patio, and outdoor seating areas that offer quiet places to pause between walks to the beach or the Village. The shared outdoor pool is available all year and heated, giving you a place to cool off or float in the evening. Beach access is close and straightforward, and beach essentials are provided so you can head out with ease. An outdoor shower helps rinse away sand, and the BBQ grill and outdoor dining area offer a simple way to enjoy meals outdoors. Outdoor furniture, putting green, bikes, and sun loungers add more ways to relax in the fresh air.

You’ll have a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, and other essentials for meal preparation. A dining table provides space to share meals together.
