Sarasota Coastal Retreat
New 5BR coastal home — each bedroom with private bath. Spacious 7-bed layout for 14 guests in Sarasota’s quiet Arlington Park neighborhood! You’re just minutes from Siesta Key, Lido Beach, St. Armands Circle and downtown Sarasota. The home has five bedroom suites, each with its own private bath, plus a powder room. With a pull-out queen in the upstairs lounge, it sleeps up to 14 guests, so there’s plenty of room for families, friends and multigenerational groups to spread out and relax.
The house is fully equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay. Step inside to an open, light-filled great room with high ceilings and walls of glass sliders that look out to the pool. Sink into the oversized sectional for movie night, or gather around the dining table for eight. There’s also a cozy breakfast nook by the windows, a great spot for your morning coffee. The kitchen is set up for cooking together, with a big waterfall island that seats five, plenty of prep space, a wine fridge and a coffee bar ready for slow mornings. A laundry room and a powder room with palm print wallpaper finish off the main level.
The primary suite is also on the main level, with a king bed and sliding doors that open right onto the pool deck. Its bathroom has a freestanding soaking tub, a glass walk-in shower and a double vanity. A second king suite with its own bath and walk-in shower is just down the hall.
Upstairs, a relaxed family lounge with coastal blue limewash walls, swivel chairs, a TV and a pull-out queen sofa gives everyone a second place to unwind. It’s perfect for the kids or a quiet night in. The third king suite and a queen suite each have a private bath, and a fifth suite with two full beds and its own bath is great for kids or friends traveling together. Step out onto the covered upstairs balcony with ceiling fans and treetop views over the pool.
Out back, you’ll have a private pool and spa with blue glass tile and in-water lounge stools for lazy afternoons in the sun. Tropical landscaping and a privacy fence surround the deck, and an outdoor shower makes rinsing off after a beach day easy.
Siesta Beach and Lido Beach are about 10 to 20 minutes away by car, depending on traffic, and Sarasota’s best restaurants, shopping and attractions are all close by. We can’t wait to host you!
