Soft coastal light filters across the patios and screened balconies as you settle into the soothing rhythm of Siesta Key. Gentle breezes drift in from the nearby shore, inviting slow mornings and easy evenings between beach outings and time by the heated pool. With two distinct living areas and room for large groups, you can choose moments together or slip away for a quiet pause above it all.
Sleeping arrangements
All six bedrooms sit on the second floor, creating a calm separation from the shared living spaces. Each side of the duplex includes three bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature king beds, while the remaining rooms offer queen beds, including rooms with two queen beds and an ensuite bath. Every bedroom includes a TV, and select rooms open to screened balconies where you can step outside and enjoy the coastal air. Queen sleeper sofas are available in each living room.
The home
Siesta Sea Life spans both levels of a two-story duplex booked as one complete home, offering six bedrooms, four full baths, and two full kitchens. Separate entrances and no shared interior spaces provide flexibility for groups seeking both connection and privacy. Multiple living areas with Smart TVs, a dedicated workspace, and washer and dryer access support short getaways and extended stays. The pet-friendly layout lets every member of your group join the trip.
Outdoor living
A private outdoor pool, heated and available all year, becomes an easy gathering spot day or night. Sun loungers surround the pool area, and the screened balconies and patio offer welcoming places to relax, read, or enjoy unhurried downtime. An outdoor shower simplifies rinsing off after beach visits, while the BBQ grill and outdoor dining areas create inviting spaces to linger outside.
Kitchen and dining
Two full kitchens give you options for shared or separate meal prep, each equipped for everyday cooking. Dining tables in both living areas make it simple to start mornings with coffee or return from the beach to an unhurried dinner at home.
Neighborhood
Beach access is a short walk away, and Siesta Key Village offers dining, entertainment, and shops nearby. Bikes are provided for exploring the island, while beach essentials make it easy to enjoy the sand and shoreline. Free parking includes 5 spaces, and a private entrance with a smart lock allows simple self check-in. Exterior security cameras monitor the front door.

You will find bathroom essentials, a washer and dryer, clothing storage, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, wifi, a dedicated workspace, TV, and a ping pong table. The kitchens include the essentials needed to cook your own meals. Outdoor features include beach access, a patio or balcony, putting green, outdoor dining area, BBQ grill, beach essentials, bikes, sun loungers, and the private outdoor pool. Pets are allowed, long term stays are welcome, and cleaning is available during your stay.

August 2026This place was designed for making lasting family memories. It's just a short walk to the beach and comes stocked with beach wagons, chairs, umbrellas, towels, and toys, making beach days effortless. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked for preparing family meals, but the great local restaurants kept us from doing much cooking. The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The beautiful pool felt private and was so much fun for both kids and adults. With plenty of outdoor space, this is a fantastic place for families looking to relax, play, and spend quality time together.

August 2026Our stay in Siesta Key was perfect. This property has the best location to the beach, and all local eateries. It was a family reunion and everything about our stay created long lasting memories for both my family and my husband's. We would stay again. The host kept in contact with us anytime we reached out with inquiries or questions about the local area. He went above and beyond to support our experience during our stay. It's also the only house with all Queen beds a king to accommodate large families easily, and if you don't like going out, but love to cook, the fully stocked kitchen made it easy to spend even more time together. There is plentiful parking--more than any other rental we saw, and gently salted water pool is easy to spend a week in. (Instead of all the chlorine). The best part was the downstairs shed; wagons, pool toys, beach chairs, bikes, kayaks. It kept us very busy! There is plenty to do on property!!The open floor plan was also a bonus for spending time together in the kitchen and living room. We adored the downstairs patio and probably spent most of our time there. Thanks again for this beautiful stay, we look forward to returning here with the entire family again

March 2026Perfect rental. The rental had everything we needed. The pool was great. The outdoor amenities were a nice bonus. The rental was across the street from the beach. One block to restaurants, ice cream shops, doughnut shop and shopping. The host was very easy to contact. We rented both sides of the home. There is no access from one side of the rental to the other except from outside. Wasn’t a problem for our family. There is enough parking for 5-6 vehicles. The rental had plenty of towels and beach towels. I highly recommend this rental.
